Rooms for bright minds

Money should not determine where people study – this is why the Studierendenwerke provide around 200,000 places in student halls of residence in Germany. The monthly rent is about 263 euros per month on national average – by far the most affordable accommodation away from one’s parents’ home.

Situated centrally, with the campus close by or in the suburbs, in single rooms, single appartments, or shared flats – the housing range of the Studierendenwerke is highly diversified and allows for a wide selection of individual types of living. The rooms are usually furnished.

There are also special offers tailored to the needs of students with health impairments and students who have children.
